Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
Active Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly encouraged
Strong collaboration, organization, and communication abilities
Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying student needs
Responsibilities & Duties:
Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals
Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services in both individual and group settings
Maintain accurate records and document progress per district and state guidelines
Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to foster student growth
Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and school-based professional development
Stay current with best practices, therapy techniques, and regulatory requirements
