Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold an active and valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, particularly elementary and middle school students, is desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for successful student, staff, and family collaboration
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse needs across different age groups
• Passion for helping students achieve academic and functional communication goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative speech-language services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, as well as teachers and families, to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports to ensure compliance with school and state requirements
• Support students across two school sites, fostering engaging and inclusive learning environments
