Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to students with a variety of communication needs.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and interpret assessment results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust services based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school, state, and federal requirements.
• Support students with needs related to articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and other communication disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure.
• Appropriate California school credential or authorization, as required for school-based practice.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and clinical skills.
