School Speech Language Pathologist - San Rafael, CA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active California SLP license required
• Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting
• Skilled in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for a range of language, speech, and communication challenges
• Able to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate progress with educators and families
• Proficient documentation and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students on assigned caseloads at both elementary and middle school sites
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success in the classroom
• Maintain accurate and timely records
• Operate fully onsite throughout the contract
