Ready to step into a rewarding role with a supportive school district? Cross Country Education is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and support students in Lancaster, SC, for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
- Provide high-quality, on-site speech and language therapy services to students across the district. (Grade-level assignment (K–12) will be determined based on district needs)
- Lead student evaluations, develop measurable goals, participate in the IEP process, and collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address diverse communication, articulation, and language needs.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings and evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License (LLR)
- South Carolina Educator Certificate (or immediate eligibility to obtain one)
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Prior school-based experience (Preferred)
