Assignment Details:

• Start Date: 9/1/2026
• End Date: 5/20/2027
• Weekly Hours: 20 (part-time schedule)
• School Placement: Charlotte Anderson Elementary
• Caseload: Responsible for providing speech/language testing and direct therapeutic services for students with individualized service plans

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) licensure required
• Must have completed Clinical Fellowship (CFs not accepted)
• Experience working in a school-based environment is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with therapy planning, documentation, and compliance with service plans
• Fingerprints required by Texas state regulations (must be completed quickly if not already on record)
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations and analyze results for service eligibility
• Deliver individualized and small group therapy in accordance with students’ service plans
• Develop IEP-based goals, maintain timely documentation, and collaborate with IEP teams
• Communicate progress and strategies to educators and families
• Participate in school meetings and professional development as requested
