Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active California SLP license or ability to obtain prior to start
Current SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credential
Previous experience with high school-aged students preferred, but not required
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document progress efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to high school students, supporting IEP goals and academic success
Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families to foster inclusive learning environments
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of student plans
Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with guidelines and schedules
