Ideal candidates bring:
A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
Previous experience working within a school setting, including with IEPs and multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with a range of speech and language disorders, intervention strategies, and assistive technology
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
A passion for children's success and growth, and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
What you'll do:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' academic and social needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, counselors, and other service providers to support holistic student development
Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings, assessments, and progress reports
Provide consultation to school staff on best practices and strategies for inclusive communication
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that empowers students
Stay current with developments in the field and participate in professional development
