Highlights of the position include a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours for full-time, with part-time options available to fit your needs. You'll manage a caseload of up to 65 students for full-time or a comparable portion for part-time, allowing you to focus on personalized, impactful therapy. With assignment durations starting as soon as possible-or for the 2025-2026 school year-you'll have flexibility in your start date. The role typically covers one or two school sites at most, reducing travel and helping you build strong relationships within each community.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the state of California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical skills and the right attitude are welcomed
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases efficiently
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and student progress monitoring
