Job Requirements.
EducationRequirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) from an accredited program.
CertificationsRequirements: Valid SLP license; ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain/maintain as required; CPR certification if required by district.
ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, including school-based services preferred.
OtherRequirements: Onsite travel-based coverage (Travel); must be able to supervise SLP-Assistants (Converse Elementary: supervise 2 SLP-Assistants; Olympia Elementary: supervise 1 SLP-Assistant; Woodlake Hills Middle School: supervise as needed). Facility must haves: SLP License and Resume. Schedule: Days; 37.5 hours per week. Caseload size varies by school (approximately 80, 65, or 30 students). Ability to work onsite at assigned elementary/middle schools and collaborate with educators and support staff. Background checks and district compliance may be required.

JobResponsibilities:
Provide onsite speech-language pathology services in an educational setting for assigned elementary and middle schools.
Serve approximately 80 students at Converse Elementary (5 days onsite) and collaborate with district staff to support IEP goals.
Serve approximately 65 students at Olympia Elementary (45 days onsite) and support students through evidence-based therapy and documentation.
Serve approximately 30 students at Woodlake Hills Middle School (34 days onsite) and maintain accurate records and progress monitoring.
Supervise and support SLP-Assistants as required by assigned school schedule (2 assistants at Converse Elementary; 1 assistant at Olympia Elementary).
