Job Requirements

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or an equivalent degree related to the field.

Certifications Requirements:
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification preferred.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of school-based speech therapy experience; ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students.

Other Requirements:
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a school setting with diverse student needs; background check clearance required; physical ability to perform duties in a school environment; punctuality and professionalism are essential.
