Job Title: School Speech Language Pathologist Up to $70/hr + BONUS
Location: New Oxford, PA
Contract Duration: 36 weeks
Compensation: Up To $68/Hour Based on Experience


Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or an equivalent field. Master’s degree or higher preferred.

Certifications Requirements:
Current Pennsylvania State License in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA Certification is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting or similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Other Requirements:
Must pass background check and drug screening. Ability to work well with children, team players, and possess excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work daytime hours and adapt to school schedules.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in the school setting.
  • Assess students’ communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district policies.
  • Provide progress reports and attend team meetings to ensure optimal student outcomes.
