School Speech Language Pathologist *Up to $70/hr + BONUS


Location: 5 Billerbeck ST, New Oxford, Pennsylvania


Contract Duration: 36 weeks


Compensation: Up To $68.00/Hour Based on Experience

Job Requirements.

  • EducationRequirements: Current special education teaching certification
  • CertificationsRequirements: Valid in-person Speech Language Pathologist certification
  • ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLP, preferably with preschool students
  • OtherRequirements: Ability to work in an itinerant role across New Oxford and Gettysburg areas, experience working with children ages 3 to 5 with special education needs, proficient with testing kits, lesson planning, and documentation. Must pass background check and have reliable technology (laptop, iPad). Soft skills include strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language services to preschool students aged 3-5 with special education needs.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents.
  • Implement therapy programs using provided materials, testing kits, and lesson plans.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and weekly paperwork within designated time periods.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support student progress and adapt interventions as needed.
