Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for California
• Experience working with school-aged populations, especially elementary and middle school students
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage caseloads across two school locations
• Committed to onsite service (remote/SLPA options not available)
• Dedicated, compassionate approach and a drive to help every student thrive

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy according to IEP recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Conduct evaluations, document findings, and monitor outcomes for each student
• Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide updates to teams as needed
• Travel between two supportive school environments within the district
