Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position offers the chance to serve two dynamic school sites, providing comprehensive support for the entire 2026-2027 academic calendar, from August 25th, 2026 to June 11th, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) is required
  • Experience working within a school setting, particularly with early childhood and elementary aged students, is highly desirable
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs, collaborating with educators and support teams
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in Pre-K through 4th grade across two campus locations
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to foster student progress and inclusion within the classroom
  • Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals, participating in IEP meetings as needed
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
