TraxLinks School Transportation is seeking professional Independent Contractor Drivers to support safe, reliable student transportation throughout Miami-Dade County for the upcoming school year.
We are expanding our driver network to support current and future student transportation services throughout Miami-Dade County. Drivers who complete onboarding early will receive priority consideration for available route assignments.
TraxLinks currently serves communities throughout Miami-Dade County, including:
• Miami Lakes
• Hialeah
• Hialeah Gardens
• Miami Springs
• North Miami
• Kendall
• Westchester
• Olympia Heights
• South Miami
• Cutler Bay
• Goulds
• Homestead
• Florida City
• Redland
• and surrounding communities.

This is a part-time Independent Contractor opportunity using your own vehicle to transport students safely to and from school.
The position follows a consistent split-shift schedule before and after school, making it ideal for retirees, parents, veterans, rideshare drivers, or anyone seeking dependable supplemental income.
Weekly compensation typically ranges from $324 to $1,000 based on assigned routes, schedule, and completed services.
Applicants should possess:
• Valid Florida Driver License
• Minimum of five (5) years of driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle (less than 10 years old)
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone) with data service
• Professional appearance and customer service attitude
• Strong verbal English communication skills
• Commitment to student safety and reliability
A Commercial Driver License (CDL) is not required.
Qualified applicants must successfully complete:
• Miami-Dade County School District driving eligibility review
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
• Background screening
• Drug screening
• Fingerprinting and district authorization
• EverDriven onboarding requirements
• Required safety and compliance training
Applicants with fewer than five years of U.S. driving history may be asked to provide additional driving history documentation from another country or jurisdiction.
