- Coach, review, and delegate work to junior and mid-level physical security professionals on the team.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across internal teams, DoD client stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to influence project design and technical security approaches.
Requirements Analysis & Advisory Support
- Analyze operational security requirements, site surveys, and facility plans to help decision-makers make informed choices regarding PACAF SCIF infrastructures theater-wide.
- Review, develop, and coordinate Construction Security Plans (CSP) and Modification Security Plans (MSP) for new construction or renovation of existing SCIFs.
- Review Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC) and TEMPEST Forms prior to submission.
- Advise Government representatives on regulatory guidance, higher headquarters directives (ICD 705, DoDM 5105.21), and security accreditation processes.
Inspection & Lifecycle Management
- Provide physical security project management training, updates, and templates to PACAF subordinate unit SSOs.
- Manage the tracking, procurement support, and lifecycle updates of technical security systems and hardware across PACAF secure spaces.

Proven experience working directly with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for SCIF authorization and accreditation.
Communication & Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills; customer-service oriented with demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and project management skills.
Tools: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications for project tracking, reporting, and presentations.
