Duties • Facilitate student learning through lesson planning and quality instruction. • Recommend to the Principal or designee supplies and materials needed for the class. • Manage student behavior by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures. • Assess student work and provide meaningful feedback to students and parentsguardians that will be conducive to learning. • Maintain and update accurate records as required by the State District and Building Administration. • Attend required meetings and events. • Stay current with developments in curriculum instruction and assessment. • Coach or sponsor an extracurricular activity - required for non-tenured teachers.

Qualifications Professional Educator License PEL - Science Preferred endorsements in order Biology Chemistry Physics Earth and Space Science Environmental Science Zoology Multiple certifications preferred but not required. Ability to communicate writtenverbal make decisions resolve conflict and effectively work with staff students and administration.
