Science Teacher - Chemistry
Position Title: Science Teacher (AP Bio/ 1 Chem/ 1 Honors/ 4 Chem 1)
Position Summary:
Teacher will be responsible for instruction of science students. Strong classroom management will be needed to maintain a positive classroom environment during labs. Candidate should have experience with working with chemicals and hands-on materials that are included in the Purdue Science Kits. Candidate will have to work collaboratively with the Language Arts, Math and Social Studies teachers.
Immediate Supervisor: Principal
Duties:
Teach general science/chemistry according to the Indiana Department of Education Science Standards.
Qualifications: Science License or Science Endorsement 5-12
Highly qualified
