JSG is seeking a Scientific Publication Manager for our client in North Wales PA
We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Scientific Publication Manager to oversee and coordinate global publication strategies that disseminate cutting-edge scientific data. This pivotal role ensures our scientific narratives resonate with authenticity, precision, and industry-leading standards, positioning you at the forefront of innovation and research excellence.

Pay $61.54/hour

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• A strong scientific background with a BS plus 5+ years or an MS/PharmD with 1-2+ years in publication management or related fields.
• Expertise in project coordination within scientific or clinical development settings.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial data, therapeutic areas, and industry standards for medical/scientific publications (GPP, ICMJE, CONSORT).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Proficiency with publication databases like Datavision and experience managing publication-related budgets and resources.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or academic environments.
• An advanced scientific degree (e.g., MS, PharmD) or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with publication planning tools, scientific lexicons, and digital platforms like SharePoint/EngageZone.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting (3 days onsite) with potential for increased onsite presence.
• Some travel may be required for conferences and stakeholder meetings.
• A commitment to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
