We are seeking to hire a Scientist I, II or SR in Pleasanton, CA.

Role: Scientist I, II
Pay Scale: $64, 396 – $110, 240 (Dependent on Experience)
What You'll Do:
· Works under general supervision, to conduct and monitor laboratory experiments
utilizing established and published procedures, and technical and theoretical understanding.
· Makes recommendations to resolve problems encountered during experimental
procedures.
· Assumes responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of experimental results.
· Summarizes experimental results, and reviews conclusions with supervisor/project leader.
· Communicates results of experiments in the form of reports and presentations.
What We're Looking For:
· Sci I/II: Minimum (required): Ph.D./Master’s/Bachelor’s in life sciences, chemical sciences,
or related scientific fields. Typically 0 to 3 years of relevant industry experience/Preferred:
More than 1 year of relevant industry experience.
· Senior Scientist: Minimum (required): Ph.D./Master’s/Bachelor’s in life sciences, chemical
sciences, or related scientific field with 0/2/5+ years relevant experience/Preferred: More
than 1 year of relevant industry experience.
· Ability to design and execute relevant laboratory experimentation and determine next
steps within the context of overall project goals and direction.
· Subject to OSHA Blood Borne Pathogen Standard Routinely handle blood, blood products,
body fluids or other potentially infectious materials
· Subject to respiratory protection standard Work with potential hazardous chemicals
