Excellent benefits, competitive salary, and stock options.Job DescriptionUnder direct supervision, responsible for design, performance and interpretation of experiments in support of the company's product development.Responsibilities:Responsible for the design and conduct of experiments as defined by work streams in accordance with the company's Quality System and to regulatory standardsEnsures that work is completed to agreed timelines, communicating delays or issues to supervisor in timely mannerPrioritizes workload to insure key objectives are met on timeMay supervise the work of a junior member of staffPresents data at internal and external meetingsEnsures that conclusions in written reports reflect the data presented and reports are of the highest qualityWhen required, operate as a scientist in support of running Laboratories, ensuring that the Quality Management System, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003, CLIA and CAP, is adhered to at all times and in all aspects of the jobPerform other duties in departments on an occasional basis to meet critical company objectivesFollows all company safety policies & other safety precautions within work areaRegular attendance and timeliness is essentialQualificationsBS or MS Degree in life sciences, Higher preferredExperience with cell culture techniques imperativeHands-on experience with flow cytometry and PCR techniquesDemonstrated understanding of the diagnostic and pharmaceutical industriesFamiliarity with Quality System concepts and requirements including GMP and ISOWorking knowledge of ELISA and ELISPOT a distinct advantageExpert at analyzing dataMust be proficient in MS OfficeAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
