Job Title: Change Management Specialist – PDS&T Analytical
Location: Lake County, IL – Onsite
Pay Rate: $52–$55/hr
Duration: 1 year
Create, initiate, manage, and monitor change control documentation for PDS&T Analytical and related groups.
Manage change requests, tasks, approvals, and due dates using OneTrack Change Management.
Serve as a Change Coordinator and SME for departmental change management processes.
Coordinate local and global change plans for test method validations, cleaning method validations, and instrument qualifications.
Review and revise controlled documents, including test methods and SOPs.
Prepare validation and transfer protocols/reports and instrument qualification documentation.
Ensure change control documentation complies with cGMP processes and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
3+ years of experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Change control/change management experience.
Strong GMP documentation and change control practices.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Technical documentation and controlled document management.
Experience with analytical testing preferred, including chromatography or wet chemistry.
OneTrack Change Management system.
Pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical PDS&T Analytical experience.
Analytical method validation and transfer.
Instrument qualification.
Cleaning method validation.
Chromatography and wet chemistry testing.
