" Develop and optimize image analysis pipelines for 2D and 3D biomedical images. " Perform quantitative analysis of histology, IHC, IF, and multiplex imaging data. " Apply classical image processing and machine learning methods for feature extraction, segmentation, and classification. Including integration of multiple image analysis platforms (e.g., HALO, Visiopharm, QuPath). " Collaborate with pathologists, biologists, and data scientists to define analytical endpoints. " Validate image derived biomarkers and ensure analytical rigor. " Document workflows and ensure reproducibility of analyses. " Support interpretation and visualization of image based data for scientific reports. " Help cross lab collaboration through image and algorithm transfer. | |||
| Skills: | " Proficient in scientific programming languages (R, Python) and have experience applying machine learning techniques, preferably in pathology images (H&E/IHC/mIF). " Extensive experience applying machine learning techniques. " Experience in cell image analysis and marker quantification from multiplex IHC for digital pathology. " Experience with some of these image analysis tools (e.g., HALO AI, Visiopharm, QuPath, CellProfiler). " Strong problem-solving and independent thinking skills. " Experience in tumor immunology and histopathology is a plus. " Previous experience in industry and biotech is desired. | ||
