SCM Functional Analyst

Partner with a highly skilled mixed-shore Agile team to act as Functional SME for a business-critical initiative to transform, rationalize, and migrate critical business applications. The SCM functional analyst will act as a trusted business partner, providing Oracle functional expertise in Supply Chain modules, specifically Inventory, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Channel Revenue Management, Warehouse, Configurator, Manufacturing, BOM, Purchasing & Procurement, Trade Management. This individual must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate a team-oriented, goal and results-driven work ethic. The role requires working collaboratively with the business community and other IT team members within a dynamic and high-profile environment. This position is located in our Denver, CO office with work performed at client site in Denver; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with business to elicit requirements
  • Create and refine business requirements documents
  • Liaise with technical teams to drive requirements to solutioning
  • Prepare test scripts, perform testing and conduct SIT and support UAT sessions
  • Provide Production support for month end close activities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Implementation experience of large ERP applications with emphasis on Supply Chain modules, specifically Inventory, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Channel Revenue Management, Warehouse, Configurator, Manufacturing, BOM, Purchasing & Procurement, Trade Management.
  • Expert in flows for Order to cash, Procure to Pay cycles.
  • Proficient knowledge in Oracle pricing, advanced pricing, shop floor, channel revenue management
  • Ability to independently handle assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes/issues and troubleshoot, considering both long and short-term impact of proposed solutions and developed workable solutions.
  • Adept self-starter, needs minimal guidance, skilled in achieving objective results-oriented goals.
  • Extensive Functional skills in business user interactions, system requirements gathering, and supporting customizations in enterprise software environments.
  • Experience performing various test cycles like integration testing, and system testing.
  • Experience providing Production support for month end close activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
