The Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Supervisor will be responsible for leading supplier sourcing, cost optimization, and contract negotiations while supporting import and domestic procurement operations. The role focuses on developing a competitive supplier base, driving cost reduction initiatives, and ensuring long -term supply stability through strategic partnerships. Location: Commerce, CA 90040. Reports to: SCM Purchasing Manager. Employment type: Full -Time Employee. Department: West SCM.

Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
    <\/li>
    • Lead supplier sourcing activities for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
      <\/li>
    • Identify, evaluate, and qualify new domestic and international suppliers.
      <\/li>
    • Develop and maintain a competitive and diversified supplier base.
      <\/li>
    • Conduct RFQ/RFP processes and benchmark supplier pricing and capabilities.
      <\/li>
    • Build long -term strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
      <\/li><\/ul>
    • Cost Management & Negotiation
      <\/li>
      • Lead price, MOQ, lead time, and payment term negotiations.
        <\/li>
      • Analyze cost structures and identify cost -saving opportunities.
        <\/li>
      • Develop and execute annual cost reduction and value improvement plans.
        <\/li>
      • Monitor market trends and material cost fluctuations.
        <\/li><\/ul>
      • Contract & Compliance Management
        <\/li>
        • Lead contract development and renewal in collaboration with legal teams.
          <\/li>
        • Ensure all procurement contracts reflect negotiated terms and company policies.
          <\/li>
        • Monitor supplier compliance with quality, regulatory, and ethical standards.
          <\/li>
        • Support audit and documentation requirements.
          <\/li><\/ul>
        • Data Analysis & Performance Management
          <\/li>
          • Track supplier KPIs including cost, quality, delivery, and service level.
            <\/li>
          • Prepare sourcing and procurement performance reports.
            <\/li>
          • Utilize ERP/SRM systems for data -driven decision making.
            <\/li>
          • Support inventory optimization and demand planning initiatives.

          • Cross -Functional Collaboration
            <\/li>
            • Support new product development through early supplier involvement.

            • Align sourcing strategies with business growth plans.

              Qualifications<\/b>
              <\/p>

              • 3 -5+ years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing
                <\/li>
              • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
                <\/li>
              • Experience with international sourcing and import operations
                <\/li>
              • Excellent analytical and communication skills
                <\/li>
              • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
                <\/li>
              • ERP/SAP/SRM system experience (preferred)
                <\/li>
              • Working proficiency in Korean (reading and writing) (preferred)
