Job Summary

Our new client operates two large-scale advanced manufacturing facilities in Central Texas. These sites support 24/7 production of highly specialized technology components used across multiple industries. The campuses include clean-room environments, engineering labs, and high-volume production lines that require a diverse, skilled workforce.

 

Job Summary

We are seeking SCM and Quality Technician to join our team. You  will be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers in set-up, system support, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, as well as supply chain management integration and practice. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate quality and supply chain data to conduct in-line adjustments to repaired or cleaned parts. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the quality management or SCM process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management, system guidelines

 

Job Description

  • Inventory management and movement. 
  • Stocking and pulling parts.
  • Quality control of parts. 
  • Perform required metrology and inspections.
  • Discrepancy dispositioning. 
  • Segregate red tag parts and work with the required parties to solve the problems of discrepancies.
  • Process outgoing clean and repair parts. 
  • Assuring proper parameters, vendors, part codes, pricing, warranty concerns, byproduct contamination, ETC.
  • Work with security Setti officers to import and export exact serial numbers compared to paperwork.

 

Skills Required

  • Military training and experience equivalent
  • Computer Literacy:  Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), word processors, and inventory tracking databases.
  • Inventory Management: Basic understanding of stock rotation, expiration dates, and PAR level management.
  • Mobility: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift and carry heavy loads (typically up to \(50\{ lbs.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Related technical associates degree

 

Additional Requirements

  • Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) 
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

 

Pay rate

  • $20-26 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
