Description for Screen Press Operator:
Independently set up and operate semi-automatic graphic (non-textile) screen printing presses.
Inspect printing quality continuously to verify registration alignment and color consistency.
Troubleshoot and resolve active printing faults by making precise press mechanical adjustments.
Work safely with specialty inks, processing chemicals, and advanced plastic-based substrates.
Operate automated UV curing machinery to ensure correct ink adhesion and product durability.
Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary company data and follow all plant safety standards.
