Join our team as a Screen Printing/Press Operator! We are located in West Henrietta, NY!
In this role, you'll operate semi-automatic screen presses to print lettering and designs on various substrates. We're looking for someone with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. No prior experience is needed just a willingness to learn and perform your best!
Shift Hours:
1st - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM - Monday - Friday
Pay $19-21/hour based on experience
A and B shift openings

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment following job specifications.
- Adjust guides, materials, squeegee blades, and ink as required.
- Perform quality checks to identify defects and maintain production standards.
- Clean screens and equipment between jobs and color changes.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, safety guidelines, and job tickets.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to measure accurately.
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills in standardized situations.
- Must be comfortable working in a loud environment and standing for extended periods.
- Manufacturing experience in a print or packaging company preferred
- On-the-job training provided perfect for entry-level candidates.
- Work in a fast-paced, creative production environment.
- Be a key part of delivering high-quality printed products.
