Screen Print Operator

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for producing high quality printed product per customer specifications. Duties include the following:

• Set up printing press, hold print registration, maintain color control and monitor quality.
• Set up press and produce work assignments based upon customer due date, ensuring that product is produced efficiently, and with high quality.
• Responsible for record keeping, production throughput and maintenance.
• Maintains open and clear communications with all production employees’ and management/departments.
• Requires good judgment in determining proper set-up and production methods, understands and applies good housekeeping practices. Focus on process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience or similar relevant discipline equivalent to the required experience.
• Teamwork and continuous improvement skills are required.
• Must be detailed, and proactive in problem solving/decision making. Must have experience in a production environment and or demonstrated abilities required
• Must have excellent attendance and proven quality/production record.
