The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Screen Print Operator to join our team in our brand-new, fully climate-controlled (100% HVAC) facility in Farmers Branch, TX.
You’ll be running our new M&R automatic presses, helping turn blank garments into finished products that ship out to customers all over the country.
What You’ll Be DoingDay to day, you’ll be:
- Setting up and operating automatic presses (screens, inks, squeegees, etc.)
- Loading garments and running production jobs (mostly t-shirts, some fleece)
- Following job sheets and artwork to make sure everything prints correctly
- Checking print quality throughout each run and fixing issues as they come up
- Keeping production on schedule so orders go out on time
- Breaking down and cleaning presses after each job
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
- Helping out teammates or other departments when needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience running automatic screen printing presses (M&R experience is a big plus)
- Feels comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Pays close attention to detail — quality matters here
- Can stay focused on repetitive but important work
- Works well as part of a team in a shop environment
- Is open to learning and improving production skills over time
- Be able to stand for long periods
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day
- Lift up to ~50 lbs when needed

PAY RATE: $23 - $24 per hour based on experience
