Picture your day beginning in a bright, well-organized print shop in Newport News. You review the morning’s run list, pull artwork notes from the design team, and start dialing in your press for the first job. Screens are tensioned and taped, inks are mixed to spec, and test pulls confirm tight registration. As prints roll off the press—on tees, totes, and assorted substrates—you check color accuracy, coverage, and consistency, making swift adjustments so every piece meets client expectations.

As the day moves on, you balance hands-on production with problem-solving: a stubborn pinhole here, a viscosity tweak there. Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate screen printing machines for a variety of projects and materials.
• Prepare screens and mix inks precisely according to job specifications.
• Inspect each run to ensure accuracy, color fidelity, and repeatable quality.
• Maintain equipment and a clean, safe workspace for efficient production.
• Coordinate with the design team to clarify requirements and align on timelines.
• Troubleshoot printing issues and fine-tune press settings as needed.
• Monitor inventory, restock essentials, and place orders when supplies run low.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; hands-on screen printing experience is a plus.
