Our client in Louisville is looking for Screen Printers to join their team! Responsibilities: - Effectively work with artwork layout and positioning to ensure precise prints.
- Gain proficiency in operating and maintaining the production line for seamless workflow.
- Accurately read and follow work orders to meet production requirements.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create or modify print designs, ensuring adherence to typography and layout standards.
- Applied skills in coating, imaging, and building screens for optimal print quality (preferred).
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired results.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and best practices in production.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in pre-press operations, including layout and positioning of artwork.
- At least 1 year of experience in both automatic and manual screen printing is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
