About the Role
Tech Etch is hiring a Screen Printing Technician to support a specialized, high-precision manufacturing process. This role involves applying engineered materials onto finely manufactured components using screen printing equipment.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment to meet production schedules
- Handle specialized materials, including storage, application, and recovery
- Inspect coating quality (coverage, weight, uniformity)
- Support equipment upkeep alongside Engineering and Maintenance
- Track material usage and maintain lot control accuracy
- Clean screens and work areas to prevent contamination
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience preferred (screen printing, coating, or similar processes a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Comfortable working hands-on with materials and equipment
Work Environment
- PPE required (gloves, smocks, etc.)
- Handling of specialized or chemical materials
- Repetitive, process-driven work with a focus on precision
Salary Range: $17.50-$25.00/hour
This is the full salary range for the position. Most new hires can expect to start around $17.50/hour.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
