Screen Stacker Operator
Pay for the position:
$20/hr
Shifts for the position:
2nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
Must be able to train on 1st shift for up to 6 weeks
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Screen Stacker Operator is responsible for the manufacturing of the screens. Responsible for performing production work in manufacturing.
REPORTS TO: Supervisor
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check Screen tension
- Complete Screens and Forms, handling/Storage Labels, screen conditions, routings, design sheets, production form, etc.
- Lamination, temperature measurements, press set up time and pressure
- Use of microscope, overview of the toolmakers, measure skew, pattern width, stack, overlap.
- Ink Weight control.
- Screen Install, review materials required, assembly install, measure.
- Screen alignment, cutting pads, skew adjustment.
- Hazardous waste and reclaim.
- Fill out the documentation required
- Follows all established safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School diploma, AS Degree or equivalent required
- Experience: 2 year of experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Computer skills: Able to perform simple data entry and use Microsoft Office.
- Math skills: Working knowledge of basic arithmetic, negative numbers, decimals and fractions.
- Verbal/communication: Able to read and understand technical reports, process specifications, and office correspondence.
- Technical skills: Willing and able to work with chemicals including industrial glue and acetone
Willing and able to lift up to 20 lbs daily
Willing and able to stand >90% of the shift.
