Screen Stacker Operator

PRIMARY FUNCTION: 

Screen Stacker Operator is responsible for the manufacturing of the screens. Responsible for performing production work in manufacturing.   

REPORTS TO: Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check Screen tension
• Complete Screens and Forms, handling/Storage Labels, screen conditions, routings, design sheets, production form, etc.
• Lamination, temperature measurements, press set up time and pressure
• Use of microscope, overview of the toolmakers, measure skew, pattern width, stack, overlap.
• Ink Weight control.
• Screen Install, review materials required, assembly install, measure.
• Screen alignment, cutting pads, skew adjustment. 
• Hazardous waste and reclaim.
• Fill out the documentation required
• Follows all established safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High School diploma, AS Degree or equivalent required
• Experience: 2 year of experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• Computer skills: Able to perform simple data entry and use Microsoft Office.
• Math skills:   Working knowledge of basic arithmetic, negative numbers, decimals and fractions.
• Verbal/communication:  Able to read and understand technical reports, process specifications, and office correspondence.  
• Technical skills:  Willing and able to work with chemicals including industrial glue and acetone

Willing and able to lift up to 20 lbs daily

Willing and able to stand >90% of the shift.
