**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set up, operate, and oversee multi-spindle machinery, ensuring optimal performance and output.
- Fabricate precision parts to match blueprints and stringent quality requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of parts, ensuring they adhere to dimensional and quality standards.
- Continually adjust machine parameters, including feeds, speeds, and tooling configurations, to optimize operations.
- Perform maintenance tasks, replacing and adjusting tooling, and ensuring proper operation of coolant systems.
- Monitor and manage bar stock levels to prevent production downtimes.
- Uphold safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven hands-on experience with multi-spindle screw machines or similar machining processes.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Skilled in the use of measurement and inspection tools to ensure product quality.
