Pay:$17.00 $18.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Location:Tulsa, OK 74112 Shift:Monday Friday | 6: 00 AM 2: 00 PM Job Type:Temp-to-Hire Job Order #:125742 Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator / Screw Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for operating screw machines, monitoring production, performing basic machine adjustments, and ensuring finished parts meet quality standards.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with machinery, has a strong mechanical aptitude, and is eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. Required Experience & Skills Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required Ability to read measuring tools and follow work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable attendance and positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate and monitor screw machine production throughout the shift Load raw materials into machines and perform basic machine adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Read measuring tools to verify product dimensions and accuracy Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures Assist with additional production duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous screw machine or CNC machine operating experience Manufacturing or industrial production background Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE Work Environment Industrial manufacturing facility Fast-paced production environment focused on quality and efficiency Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for training and advancement Stable first-shift schedule with overtime opportunities as needed Why You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Stable Monday Friday first-shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Excellent opportunity to develop machining and manufacturing skills Supportive team environment with opportunities for career growth Ready to Apply?
