We are seeking a hybrid Scrum Master / Project Manager with a strong background in security initiatives. This role will oversee Agile ceremonies, drive project planning and execution, and ensure delivery of key security-related projects. The ideal candidate has experience balancing traditional project management with Agile practices, collaborating across technical and business teams, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Responsibilities:
" Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
" Partner with security, IT, and business stakeholders to define scope and priorities.
" Oversee project execution across IAM and security workstreams, ensuring alignment to business and compliance goals.
" Track progress, report status, and manage dependencies across teams.
" Ensure adherence to regulatory and security compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
" Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
" Background in security projects (cybersecurity, risk management, IAM, or compliance).
" Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
" Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) a MUST.
