Job Title : Scrum Lead & Project Manager

Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Lead & Project Manager to join our team for the Case Connect legal project and support our continuous delivery pod. This role is crucial in aligning business objectives with technical execution and ensuring continuous improvement across high-performing teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
- Strong leadership and decisiveness in facilitating Agile practices
- Experience in managing complex project requirements across multiple teams
- Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with embedded systems, hardware/software integration, and web-based interfaces
- Ability to manage communication with senior-level stakeholders and technical experts
- Experience in coordinating internal and external dependencies, including suppliers and integration partners
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and drive the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary products
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage project delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Ensure development, integration, testing, and release activities remain synchronized across teams
