Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily team alignment through stand-ups, surfacing progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Maintain delivery flow using Scrum or Kanban, monitoring WIP limits and cycle time.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to keep a clear, prioritized, and well-groomed backlog.
  • Remove impediments by coordinating with cross-functional teams, leadership, and support groups.
  • Coach teams on Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) to improve predictability and efficiency.
  • Maintain transparency with clean boards, dashboards, and proactive stakeholder communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, observations, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies and practices (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).
  • Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, dashboards, and metrics tracking.
  • Understanding of DevOps fundamentals, quality practices, and Definition of Done.
  • Ability to leverage flow metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput, predictability) to drive improvements.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Servant leadership mindset focused on coaching and impediment removal.
  • Proven problem-solving, adaptability, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Expertise in risk, dependency, and issue management.
  • Experience with executive status reporting using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Leadership and coaching experience across distributed teams; familiarity with Jira / Jira Align and enterprise release processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
  • Strong influencing skills without formal authority and partnership building across teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira Align for enterprise planning and multi-team coordination.
  • Background in regulated industries such as financial services and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and modern engineering practices.
  • Ability to connect team delivery with business outcomes and product metrics.
  • Preferred certifications: PSM II, A-CSM, SASM, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, KMP, or equivalent.
