Fincons US is seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support product and engineering teams for a major media & entertainment client. This role is focused on driving Agile delivery, improving team workflows, and helping engineering organizations operate efficiently in fast-paced environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong SAFe Agile experience, hands-on expertise with Jira reporting and metrics, and the ability to help teams improve delivery execution and operational efficiency. This role requires someone who can balance Agile best practices with practical project and delivery management.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Agile delivery and execution across engineering and product teams
- Use Jira dashboards, reporting, and Agile metrics to monitor delivery health and team performance
- Identify delivery risks, workflow bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies
- Help improve team processes, operational efficiency, and delivery predictability
- Support SAFe Agile practices across multiple teams
- Provide delivery updates, reporting, and visibility to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or Project Management experience
- Strong SAFe Agile experience
- Strong hands-on Jira experience, including dashboards, reporting, and metrics
- Experience supporting engineering and product organizations
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, workflow optimization, and team operations
Preferred:
- Media & Entertainment industry experience is a plus
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
