# Job Title: Scrum Master **Experience:** 5â8 Years **Location:** Onsite **Employment Type:** Full-Time ## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master with 5â8 years of experience in Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching Scrum teams, removing impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products. The candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. ## Key Responsibilities * Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. * Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices. * Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized product backlogs. * Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and team collaboration. * Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and Agile metrics, providing visibility to stakeholders. * Support release planning and coordinate dependencies across teams. * Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and organizational governance standards. * Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, product management, and development teams. * Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution. * Promote self-organizing and high-performing teams. ## Required Skills & Qualifications * 5â8 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, Kanban, and Lean principles. * Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for distributed and cross-functional teams. * Proven experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution. * Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills. * Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms. * Ability to analyze Agile metrics and drive process improvements. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. ## Preferred Qualifications * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification. * Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments. * Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud-based projects is preferred. * Experience coordinating with global teams and multiple stakeholders. ## Key Competencies * Agile Coaching * Stakeholder Management * Team Facilitation * Risk & Dependency Management * Conflict Resolution * Continuous Improvement * Communication & Collaboration * Servant Leadership ## Education * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
