Job Description:

As a Scrum Master II, you will be responsible for facilitating the learning and growth of Agile teams, helping them develop a Lean-Agile mindset, maximize throughput, and achieve predictable delivery.

At the client organization, teams are driving innovation through data and technology, transforming how products and services are delivered. This role plays a key part in enabling that transformation by supporting Agile teams and ensuring effective collaboration and execution.


What You'll Do

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
  • Support delivery teams and promote Agile best practices
  • Manage and guide backlog refinement and planning activities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to teams and stakeholders

Who You Are

  • 3 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile scaling frameworks (preferably SAFe)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT or related field)
  • Scrum certification is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Open to feedback with a growth mindset

Key Responsibilities

Lean/Agile Facilitation

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and scaled Agile events
  • Support cross-team coordination and dependency management
  • Promote transparency using dashboards and metrics

Planning

  • Lead sprint, release, and quarterly planning
  • Ensure backlog readiness and continuous refinement

Team Support

  • Coach teams toward self-organization and high performance
  • Remove impediments and manage stakeholder communication
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Track metrics and drive data-based improvements
