Job Description
Job Title: Certified SAFe Agile Scrum MasterMandatory Skills: SAFe agile Scrum Master certifiedResponsibilities:- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Guide teams in Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and plan releases
- Identify and remove blockers to team progress
- Track metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown) to improve team efficiency
Requirements:- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
- 3+ years' experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
