Role: Scrum Master

Location: Cleveland OH- 100% onsite FROM DAY 1

Duration: 6 months

Experience: 8+ Year

Rate: Max $50/hr(W2) without any benefits

Role Descriptions:

• Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in Agile and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning| Daily Standups| Backlog Refinement| Sprint Reviews| and Retrospectives.
• Foster self-organizing| collaborative teams focused on delivering business outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog management and Sprint goal alignment.
• Identify| escalate| and help remove impediments affecting team delivery.
• Promote adoption of Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate dependencies and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve Scrum processes while minimizing external distractions.
• Support Agile project planning| release readiness| and delivery transparency.
• Facilitate effective communication among business| product| technology| and operations partners.
• Essential Skills: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)| Professional Scrum Master (PSM)| or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in commercial banking| treasury management| payments| ACH| Positive Pay| or other financial services domains.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and business stakeholders.
