We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery for our product teams. The Scrum Master will guide the team in applying Agile principles, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products that meet business goals.
Serve as a servant leader for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and company objectives.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
Remove impediments to the team’s progress, escalating as necessary.
Track, report, and communicate progress using metrics such as burndown charts and velocity.
Promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team and with stakeholders.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum best practices.
Foster a safe and collaborative environment for open communication and innovation.
Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to drive consistency across teams.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and software development processes.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps).
Preferred:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus).
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
