Scrum Master must have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs. Manage development and project team(s) using agile/scrum principles and help focus on sprint goals and achieve their highest performance level to ensure projects are successfully progressed.

Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members, as needed.
Manage projects within ServiceNow.
Basic Qualifications:
10 years of project management experience working
10 years of experience in a Scrum master or requirements analyst
Functional knowledge/experience using ServiceNow for projects /scrum management
Ability to lead Agile transformation effort
Ability to work collaboratively to establish enterprise agile processes for a large program
Public Trust (T-4) clearance
Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline, 10 years or 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
PMP and/or Agile Certification
