Role Summary:- Facilitates Agile development practices and ensures Scrum processes are followed effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Scrum ceremonies.
- Remove blockers to ensure smooth team progress.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:- Certified Scrum Master (CSM.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Additional Requirements:- Senior Scrum Master with Agile experience, particularly in Agile transformation.
- Project Management (PM) experience, with the ability to take on PM duties or grow into them.
- Healthy knowledge of Middle and Back Office operations.
