About the Role:
Join Timebox Pro as a Scrum Master and lead our agile teams to success! In this dynamic role, you will empower teams to deliver high-quality products while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth agile processes.
- Coach team members on Scrum principles and practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance team dynamics.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile mindset within the organization.
- Support the development of team members through mentorship and guidance.
- Report on team progress and metrics to stakeholders and management.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Onsite position, selected candidate has to work 4-5 days from the assigned work location in Parsippany, NJ.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for 3-5 years or in a similar role within an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and drive decision-making processes.
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
