Required Education: Bachelor's degreeRequired Certifications/Licensures: First Level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) and/or SAFe Practitioner certificationRequired Experience / Skills 3–5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously within a banking and/or consumer lending environment Hands-on experience with JIRA, including Agile workflow management, dashboard creation, tracking, and reporting Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and SAFe practices Proven ability to help teams establish strong Agile foundations and drive continuous improvement initiatives Strong coaching, mentorship, and servant leadership skills with the ability to encourage, uplift, and develop high-performing teams Excellent conceptual thinking, strategic problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Confluence experience Experience with Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user stories, estimation, retrospectives, and sprint reviewsJob Duties Support two Agile Scrum teams within Product Technology focused on Mortgage Services and Credit/Debit Card operations Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, and sprint reviews/demos Coach teams on Agile best practices, Scrum principles, self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement Partner closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to support backlog management, prioritization, and sprint execution Identify, track, and remove team impediments while escalating risks or blockers as needed Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing Agile team environment Coordinate with cross-functional teams, Scrum Masters, DevOps teams, and shared services groups to support delivery objectives Drive transparency and reporting through effective use of JIRA dashboards and Agile metrics Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to help teams improve Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
